Beautiful Storm here was surrendered into our care after an incident resulting in a fractured jaw!
He required round the clock care and had a feeding tube placed as he was unable to eat.
This has resolved now, but unfortunately Storm is currently in the vets with a ne health concern.
Storm had stopped eating, and on physical exam, the vets felt an abnormal mass in his abdomen.
Storm had a specialist ultrasound to find out what it was they had felt and to make a treatment plan for him.
He was such a good boy for the vet staff during his time in hospital and he is now back home with his foster carer. Storm has improved in the sense that he is comfortable and eating happily on his own.
A huge THANK YOU to all who have already donated towards Storms care, we managed to raise enough funds to pay for his recent ultrasound
Unfortunately the ultrasound report came back and he has a mass attached to his bowel that will need to be surgically removed.
Due to the location of the mass, this will be a very high risk procedure
Storms surgery will be happening within the next few weeks and in the mean time, we are needing to raise some much needed funds to cover the veterinary bill!
We are hoping to raise $1000 for Storms surgery and ongoing care.
